Legal & Tax Committee

In May 2019, the Legal & Tax Committee (LTC) was established by the Board of Directors and approved by the Members' Meeting, which will function as an advisory body to the Board of Directors of SLOVCA.

The Legal & Tax Committee is a working group consisting of selected representatives of individual SLOVCA members.

The main priorities of the Legal & Tax Committee in the near future are:

• Involvement in the process of improving the law of companies with a focus on their flexible operation in the environment of venture capital and private equity.
• Improving the tax regime for funds and other PE / VC players.
• Dissemination of awareness among PE / VC players with a focus on standard regulation of legal relations.
