Fund secondary transactions

Our partner association Invest Europe, the umbrella for PE&VC in CEE, is organizing a course to help private equity, venture capital and fund managers improve their secondary transaction processes and legal documentation from the perspective of a secondary buyer, secondary seller and GP.

Topics to be covered by the course:

• Overview of procedural and legal documentation
• Commercial agreement
• GP-driven transactions

For whom is the course primarily intended

Secondary buyers, including secondary funds, primary funds and other institutional investors who apply an opportunistic approach (ie buy secondary shares when the opportunity arises, eg buy shares in a fund to which some of the investors are interested in selling).
